The long awaited Bagdad Mill Site Park has its grand opening Monday with the Bagdad Riverfront Festival set for this coming weekend. Check out parts one through six of a tour of the park under construction by Doug Lasater and Tom Scott who were in the project from the beginning 10 years ago.
