MILTON — District Four Commissioner Rob Williamson has been hosting listening tour events throughout Santa Rosa County this summer. Residents who have been unable to attend so far have two opportunities to meet with the commissioner and discuss issues that impact our community and the county as a whole:
- Monday, August 1, 12 p.m. at the Jay Chamber Luncheon, Jay Community Center, 5259 Booker Lane in Jay
- Tuesday, August 2, 8 a.m. at the Milton Library, 5541 Alabama Street in Milton
"The first three meetings have been very productive," said Commissioner Rob Williamson. "With the commission discussing building a new courthouse and approving the fiscal year 2016/2017 budget, gathering feedback from residents throughout the county will help me make better decisions. I'm interested to hear their thoughts on improving Santa Rosa County and encourage them to attend one of the final events."
