PENSACOLA — Lonette Bentley has been appointed executive director at Clarity Pointe Pensacola, a memory care community to open in December.
“Bentley’s 18 years’ experience and proven ability to lead start-up communities while fostering a culture of servant leadership and cohesion will be vital in her new role,” a Clarity Pointe spokesperson said. “As executive director of a brand new community, she will be responsible for day-to-day operations while implementing Clarity Pointe’s philosophy of compassionate, person-centered care and life enrichment at all times.”
Bentley is a certified assisted living facility administrator and has completed several Alzheimer’s training, safety and care programs. Before joining Clarity Pointe Pensacola, she worked with various assisted and independent living communities, including The Meridian at Westwood, Terrace at Ivy Acres and Alliance Senior Services. Her roles included regional marketing director, administrator and executive director.
Rob Low has been appointed Clarity Pointe’s director of community relations.
“Dynamic and personable, and with more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience, Mr. Low has a history of award-winning sales performance and rapid promotion to key leadership roles,” a spokesperson said. “Prior to joining Clarity Pointe Pensacola, his sales and marketing successes earned him the president’s club recognition for six consecutive quarters at Brookdale Senior Living. He was also a highly recognized regional sales leader for Holiday Retirement and enjoyed success as an area manager for the Hertz Corporation.”
Low earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Florida State University in Tallahassee and has been an active volunteer with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and the North West Florida Area Agency on Aging.
