1. TEE OFF FOR A CAUSE. The Santa Rosa County Navy League charity golf tournament is Saturday at the Tanglewood Golf Course and Country Club, 5916 Tanglewood Drive in Milton. Registration begins at 10 a.m. with shotgun at noon. The event will benefit several youth organizations including the U.S. Naval Sea Cadets. 2. PUT ON YOUR DANCING SHOES. The Guy Thompson Community Center in Milton will host a dance 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at 5629 Byrom St. The event, which costs $5 per person to attend, is open to all ages and will feature light refreshments. It will include instruction by Butch Antone along with line dancing, the waltz, east coast swing and the two-step. Call 983-5466 for more information.
3. HELP CLEAN PENSACOLA BEACH. The Ocean Conservancy seeks volunteers for the annual International Coastal Cleanup. The event is 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at several locations along Pensacola Beach. Volunteers should wear closed-toe shoes, gloves, sunscreen and hats, and bring water to stay hydrated. Park entrance fees will be waived for volunteers.
