MILTON — Bagdad United Methodist Church has scheduled these events for the next few weeks:
Church Family celebration for Homecoming 2016: Oct. 9. Reflect on 186 years of church history and 131 years of a historic sanctuary. The church regularly has 8 a.m. breakfast and 10 a.m. family worship Sundays at 4540 Forsyth St., Bagdad.
“… We will rejoice in our inheritance,” a church spokesperson said. “So please come, bring your friends for our 10 a.m. service and the Homecoming Luncheon at 11 a.m. Our new pastor, Rev. Robert Warren will be bringing us the message on this special day for our church.”
Fall Bazaar and Yard sale: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 15, sponsored by The Women of Grace of Bagdad United Methodist Church. Features indoor and outdoor items for sale and a Holiday House with assorted decorations. In addition, homemade baked goods will be for sale.
