Santa Rosa County Animal Services is holding an adoption event 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 12 at PetSmart, located in Santa Rosa Commons shopping center, 4735 Highway 90 in Pace.
Adoption fees are $35 for cats and dogs (cash or check only) and all pets will be spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, screened for heartworms and dewormed.
Your pet is welcome to come and help choose his or her new best friend, but must be on leash and have a current rabies vaccination.
Several rescue groups will be participating in the adoption event.
