MILTON — The Milton Police Department has identified the victim of an early Sunday morning shooting.
Thomas L. Buckhalter, 34, was shot in the road on the 5000 block of Martin Luther King Drive, according to a city media release.
He is in stable condition and receiving treatment at Sacred Heart Medical Center, according to the release.
