2 traffic changes to expect

CHIPLEY — Drivers will encounter these traffic variations in Santa Rosa County as crews perform construction and maintenance activities.

State Road 87 widening from County Road 184 to north of the Yellow River Bridge: intermittent lane closures between Hickory Hammock Road and the Yellow River Bridge from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. the first week of March as crews perform paving operations.

I-10 resurfacing from east of S.R. 87 to the Okaloosa County Line: intermittent and alternating inside lane closures between the S.R. 87 interchange and the Okaloosa County line from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Thursday, March 2 perform construction activities. The speed limit is reduced to 60 mph within the lane closure.
