MILTON — Anne Stanley celebrated her 90th birthday on Feb. 28 with roughly 100 friends and family at the Imogene Theatre.
The "Alice in Wonderland"-themed event doubled as a fundraiser for the Philanthropic Education Organization BU chapter in Pensacola. The chapter awards scholarships to Escambia and Santa Rosa female students.
Tuesday's celebration raised $3,000 for the effort, according to event organizers.
