3 things to do this weekend in Santa Rosa County

1. BUY A PLANT. Shop for shrubs, bulbs, bedding plants and flowering plants at the Santa Rosa Woman's Club Spring Plant Sale. The event is set 8 a.m. to noon March 25 at the Gulf Breeze Middle School parking lot, 649 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze. GFWC Santa Rosa Woman’s Club, a nonprofit organization, sponsors the plant sale. The club will sell cuttings and plants from members’ gardens as well as bedding plants, shrubs, flowers and bulbs that area nurseries donated. 2. MAKE STAMP ART. Arcadia Mill has scheduled a free arts and crafts lesson from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 25 in its classroom at 5709 Mill Pond Lane in Milton. The event is free to attend. Participants will make animal track stamp art. Call Arcadia Mill at 626-3084 for details.

3. LEARN FIRST AID. Santa Rosa County Emergency Management will host a CPR and first aid event 8 a.m. March 25 at 4499 Pine Forest Road in Milton. This is a combination CPR, automated external defibrillator, and first aid course designed to prepare a bystander to provide effective CPR and first aid during emergencies.
