Leavins to perform at Olivet Baptist

MILTON — Olivet Baptist Church will host a concert featuring local artist Stephanie Leavins.

The event is set 6 p.m. April 30 in the church sanctuary, 5240 Dogwood Drive, Milton.

“Leavins, who has muscular dystrophy, does not let her physical limitations hold her back,” an event spokesperson said. “She takes what others may see as weaknesses and turns them into her strength as she sings songs praising the Lord.”

A love offering will be taken for the performance.
