NAVARRE — The Navarre Krewe of Jesters crowned its 2019 royalty Jan. 5 at the Elks Lodge during its 12th Night celebration. The Navarre Krewe of Jesters has put on a Mardi Gras parade every year in Navarre since 1986. The 12th Night is the traditional celebration after Christmas which kicks off the Mardi Gras season, often when krewes crown their royalty.
