MILTON — The Milton Christmas Parade drew thousands of spectators to the downtown area on Saturday. Despite the cold weather and the rescheduling of the parade earlier this month, the streets were packed with spectators.

"We estimate 10,000 people came to the parade," Donna Tucker said, president and CEO the Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce. She said many of the floats from the Pensacola Christmas Parade registered for the Milton parade after the former was cancelled.

Tucker estimated over 100 vehicles and floats were in this year's parade.
