MILTON — The West Florida Baptist Academy Lady Conquerors' preseason, non-conference matches included a hosted tournament and matches versus Central High, Lighthouse Baptist of Theodore, Ala., and Lighthouse Private Christian.
The preseason tournament was held this past weekend and participants included Escambia Academy of Atmore, Ala., Trinitas Christian of Pensacola, Victory Christian of New Albany, Miss., Calvary Christian of Fort Walton, Central Christian of Hattiesburg, Miss., East Hill Christian of Pensacola and Central Christian of Robertsdale, Ala.
The Lady Conquerors defeated both Central teams to begin the tournament, then fell to Victory and Trinitas in both semifinal matches. Trinitas defeated Victory in the championship.
