Obamacare is unconstitutional

Dear editor,

Obamacare was passed on an all-Democrat vote in 2009.

The individual portion was implemented first which levied a penalty tax on anyone who did not buy or own an Obamacare policy. It also increased the cost of Obamacare policies to individuals based on their incomes to help pay for lower income individual's Obamacare policies with subsidies. Noticed I said "help."

The second part of Obamacare, the business portion, also had a penalty tax on Cadillac-type healthcare plans usually found in high-performing big businesses, corporations, and labor unions such as those in education, the United Auto Worker's Union, and possibly those in federal, state, and local governments.

This second part to also help pay for Obamacare was never implemented, and in fact was postponed by Barack's own unconstitutional executive order delaying the Democrat's own legislated implementation date in the Obamacare law.

Notice I said "unconstitutional," because no President including Obama can postpone legislated law especially one he does not like. If so, what is the purpose of Congress's legislated laws if a President can never implement them?

Barack postponed this date for over five years until after he left office, because it penalized those that fund the Democrat party!

In actuality, it was designed and implemented in a way to fail in hopes of a $3.26 trillion-a-year cost of a — 2017's $3.32 trillion in total taxes collected being the highest ever — Hillary Clinton one-payer government healthcare system now being pushed by "everything is free" socialists of the Democrat party.

And for the first time in history, some Americans — the lower working middle class — paid an unconstitutional penalty tax for something they did not buy, did not own, and could not afford!
