MILTON — Target sponsored the annual anti-crime event held in partnership with the Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office, the Milton Police Department, the Department of Health Santa Rosa and the CDAC Behavioral Healthcare, Inc., at the Guy Thompson Community Center on Aug. 7.
The event has four goals: heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for and participation in local anti-crime efforts, strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnership and send a message to criminals that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
