awarding a contract to low bidder J. Miller Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,495,855.00 for the Legend Creek Sanitary Sewer Improvements project.

an agreement with the Florida Department of Agricultural and Consumer Services in the amount of $74,319 for partial funding for the 4-H Field Education Pavilion to be constructed at the county extension office.

approving a request from the Sheriff's Office to use the Law Enforcement Trust Fund for $5,000 in support of the Child Abuse Prevention Program at the request of the Santa Rosa Kids' House and $3,500 in support of Boys Ranch-Residential Child Care at the request of the Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranches, Inc.
