Lavon (Mick) Isiah Densel died Thursday, May 31st at age 80 in his home in Milton, Florida surrounded by family.

Mick Densel was born in Coldwater, Michigan on December 17, 1937 to Edith (Wiser) Densel and Wesley Densel.

He leaves behind his wife of 55 years Carol Cutcher Densel and will be fondly remembered by his children, Deborah (Densel) Kemp, Daniel Densel, Dawn Densel, and Deanne (Densel) Cabigting and grandchildren, Kyle, Danny, Tyler, Dylan, John, and Autumn, and his brother Robert Rudy and sister Kolene Rudy.

He was preceded in death by his 2 sisters Billie Jo Barber and Pat Banghart, and his brother Terry Rudy.

In his early years Mick enjoyed coaching little league sports and had a passion for working with all his players. He enjoyed playing softball, golfing, and fishing.

After serving 10 years in the United States Navy, he worked at Whiting Field as a MWR Manager for the Bowling Lanes, and Golf Course.
