Fish fry to benefit Pace family's loss

HOLT — At 10 a.m. May 12 Sherry's Diner, 553 U.S. 90 in Holt, will host a fish fry in support of the Harrell family's loss due to the May 6 fatal traffic accident in Pace.

The meal features mullet with coleslaw, baked beans and hush puppies.

All proceeds from the sale will go toward the Harrell family to help with medical, funderal and other costs.

"One hundred percent of all proceeds from the mullet will go to the family," diner owner Sherry Cregger said. "Any mullet dinner we do Saturday will be donated to the family."

This includes any mullet sold from the menu inside the diner as well, she said.
