MILTON — In rain and shine, visitors flocked to the Pensacola State College Milton campus for the annual Spring Festival of Flowers this past weekend. The springtime celebration — which is one of the largest area festivals of the season — is organized by the University of Florida, IFAS and PSC.

The goal of the yearly event is to raise funds for student scholarships, field trips and other needs. The festival featured local plant nurseries, artists, student clubs, education opportunities and food.
