MILTON — The Santa Rosa Arts and Culture Foundation hosted the 30th annual Riverwalk Arts Festival March 3 in downtown Milton. Dozens of artists and vendors lined Willing Street and the Riverwalk, showcasing their talents and offering their work for sale.
One of the featured artists was Janice Russell Beck, a former school teacher who has travelled to various parts of Europe teaching her craft to others and painting the settings that surrounded her.
Another was Sylvia Melvin, a local author who has written eight novels about her family’s history in Santa Rosa County.
Photographers, sculptors, authors, painters and woodworkers alike gather at the Riverwalk Arts Festival each year to share their art with the community. Guests from across Northwest Florida and further enjoy performances, music and food while they browse the vast selection of artwork.
