NAVARRE — A Santa Rosa County District 4 open house is set 5:30-9 p.m. Feb. 20 at the Navarre High School cafeteria, 8600 High School Blvd.

Participants can provide input for District 4's future. Information gathered from the event will be used to develop a plan for growth and development through land-use recommendations and an overlay district to preserve and improve residents' quality of life.
