GULF BREEZE — Obstetrician-gynecologist Dr. Ann Ross has joined the medical staff of Sacred Heart and will practice in Tiger Point at the newest Women’s Center location, 1399 Country Club Road.
Ross comes to Pensacola from serving as an attending physician at Yale New Haven Hospital and as an associate clinical professor at the Yale School of Medicine’s department of obstetrics and gynecology. She is a previous Yale Health Physician of the Year.
Ross graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Amherst College in Massachusetts and her medical degree from Columbia University in New York City. She completed her internship and residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, where she served as chief resident.
At the Sacred Heart Women’s Center, Ross will serve as an assistant professor with the OB/GYN residency program, which is affiliated with the University of Florida College of Medicine.
This newest location for the Women’s Center offers a spectrum of women’s health services, including prenatal and postpartum care, obstetrical ultrasound, high-risk pregnancy management, screenings for gynecologic cancers and minimally invasive procedures.
