MILTON — The "Florida's Most Relaxing Place" destination marketing campaign launched in April is officially an award-winning brand.

The full campaign for the Santa Rosa County Tourist Development Office will receive a silver 2017 HSMAI Adrian Award Feb. 20, 2018 at an awards ceremony in New York City.

"This award is a prestigious honor," said Tourist Development Director Julie Morgan. "The new campaign has strong appeal with our drive markets and we are seeing the benefits in increased bed tax revenues this year."

Santa Rosa County contracted with Paradise Advertising for the destination marketing in 2016. The Adrians are widely regarded as the "Oscars of travel, hospitality and entertainment marketing," a county media release states.

The awards highlight the best in creativity from the "who's who" of worldwide travel and hospitality brands by the top global advertising and public relations agencies.
