MILTON — Santa Rosa County 4-H will offer a "Get Fit with 4-H" healthy living workshop series for current, former or prospective 4-Hers as well as adults.
The six-week course is available for the whole family on Thursdays from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Jan. 11 through Feb. 15.
The workshops, held at the Extension Office, will teach tools to assist in creating a healthier environment. They include easily implemented exercise routines.
In addition, a nutritious recipe will be prepared each night as a family to be enjoyed during the class.
The cost is $30 per family for the series and meals. Pay online — fees apply — or mail payment to the Santa Rosa County Extension Office, 6263 Dogwood Drive, Milton 32570.
