NAVARRE — The Navarre pier and store will remain open as the new operating group Growing Santa Rosa Enterprise renovates the kitchen and bar, according to a Navarre Pier Marketing media release.
The bar and restaurant are expected to reopen by Jan. 1, the release stated.
The entire renovation plan for the pier complex will take 12 months to complete.
