‘Open Gaetz Day’ comes to Navarre

PENSACOLA — Congressman Matt Gaetz will host a day of events Nov. 27 for "Open Gaetz Day Navarre."

The congressional representative will start the day at 8 a.m. at Holley-Navarre Intermediate School to visit students and staff. Immediately afterward, at 9:30 a.m., he will visit Hurlburt Child Development Center to tour the facility and experience its youth programs.

At 11:30 a.m., Gaetz will join the Navarre Rotary Club for a roundtable discussion. Following the roundtable, he will visit the Holley-Navarre Fire District for a demonstration and fire truck ride-along.

The Fee Simple Bill will be discussed in roundtable format starting at 2:30 p.m. At 4 p.m., Gaetz will visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center and the day will conclude with a 5:30 p.m. town hall at East River Smokehouse.
