MILTON — Police made three arrests related to criminal mischief at Milton High School.
On Nov. 16 at about 9:16 p.m., officers were dispatched to Milton High School in reference to a report of suspicious activity, Police Chief Tony Tindell said.
Officers located two 17-year-olds and Charles Sullivan, 18. The three had spray paint overspray on them as well as other evidence to identify them as the suspects.
The suspects allegedly spray-painted derogatory symbols and verbiage on the exterior of a parked vehicle and school buildings.
After speaking with witnesses, police learned that one of the suspects allegedly struck a witness who recorded the incident.
The two juveniles were arrested and released to their parents. Sullivan was arrested and transported to Santa Rosa County Jail.
Each suspect was charged with criminal mischief. The juvenile suspect who struck the witness was also charged with battery.
