Double board-certified and double fellowship-trained gastroenterologist Badar Muneer has joined Baptist Medical Group’s multispecialty physician network.
Muneer, who treats adult patients with digestive system problems, earned his medical degree at the Nishtar Medical College in Multan, Pakistan and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois’ Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
He completed two fellowships, one in hepatology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and the second in gastroenterology at Case Western Reserve University’s UH Case Medical Center in Cleveland Ohio.
Muneer is board-certified in internal medicine as well as gastroenterology and hepatology.
As part of Baptist Medical Group Gastroenterology, Muneer welcomes new patients at Baptist Towers, 1717 North E St., Suite 401 in Pensacola.
