Sacred Heart sets free flu shots

Escambia and Santa Rosa County adults who don't want the flu can obtain free shots. Pensacola and Gulf Breeze sessions are available for adults who are poor, elderly or uninsured. [Pixabay.com]

GULF BREEZE — During November, Sacred Heart Health System will provide free flu shots at locations in Pensacola and Gulf Breeze for adults who are poor, elderly or uninsured.

Only individuals ages 18 and up are eligible for these flu shots.

Here is the schedule:

  • Nov. 1, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, 100 Daniel St., Gulf Breeze
  • Nov. 2, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Bayview Senior Center, 2000 E. Lloyd St., Pensacola
  • Nov. 4, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at New Birth Baptist Church, 1610 N. “Q” St., Pensacola
  • Nov. 7, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Charity Chapel, 5807 Dallas Ave., Pensacola
  • Nov. 8, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church, 6495 Lillian Highway, Pensacola
  • Nov. 9, 7:30 to 10 a.m. at Loaves & Fishes, 257 E. Lee St., Pensacola
  • Nov. 14, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 401 Van Pelt Lane, Pensacola
  • Nov. 15, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit, 10650 Gulf Beach Highway, Pensacola
  • Nov. 16, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church, 3200 N. 12th Ave., Pensacola
  • Nov. 21, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Warrington United Methodist Church, 301 E. Winthrop Ave., Pensacola
  • Nov. 28, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, 9945 Hillview Drive, Pensacola
  • Nov. 30, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Liberty Church, 2221 S. Blue Angel Parkway, Pensacola
