MILTON — Upcoming Santa Rosa County events and activities are as follows. 

NONPROFIT OFFERS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION: Invictus Knowledge Institute opens its doors to students for the first time on Sept. 25. New to the Pensacola community, Invictus is a nonprofit organization providing students alternative educational paths to a professional career in information technology. Invictus uses a Tech Bootcamp model, offering students four-, eight- and 16-week courses to prepare for a new position or internship with a local tech company. Students can obtain training and access to the IKI internship and job network for positions in application and software development and systems administration. THEATRE AUDITIONS: Actors are sought for the “Greatest Gift” play. Auditions are 6-8 p.m. Sept. 27 and Sept. 29 in the conference room at the Guy Thompson Community Center, 5629 Byrom St., Milton. FREE WEALTH BUILDING CLASSES: Sessions begin 6-7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home in Pensacola. Learn “The 3 P's of Building Wealth: Passion, Purpose and a Plan”; shows “how to create, fund and live the life of your dreams; a life worth smiling and talking about,” a media release states. REPUBLICAN CLUB OF SANTA ROSA COUNTY: 6:30 p.m. Oct. 3 at the Club at Hidden Creek, 7030 PGA Blvd., Navarre. The event includes a Dutch treat (pay as you go) dinner. The speaker is Santa Rosa County Commissioner Rob Williamson.

PENSACOLA GREEK FESTIVAL: Oct. 13-15. The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Pensacola, 1720 W. Garden St. in Pensacola, will host the 58th Pensacola Greek Festival 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free. FALL CHRISTMAS BAZAAR: Oct. 27-28; Point Washington United Methodist Church Woman’s Ministries will have their annual Fall/Christmas Bazaar. VENDORS WANTED: The Milton Eastern Star Chapter seeks vendors for a Christmas Village craft fair set Nov. 4. The event will be held on the grounds of the Santa Rosa Masonic Lodge on Highway 90 in Milton. Food, craft and other vendors are invited to apply. Details: 623-4066.

SANTA ROSA ADULT SCHOOL OFFERS ENGLISH LANGUAGE CLASSES FOR NON-NATIVE SPEAKERS: The ESOL class is designed to prepare English learners for working and living in local communities.
