MILTON — A University of Florida instructor will teach couples skills to increase positive communication, manage stress, set financial goals, deal with differences and maintain a happy and healthy friendship bond. This workshop, called Elevate, will meet once a week for five weeks.
Workshop 1 will meet 6-8:30 p.m. Mondays, July 31, Aug. 7, 14, 21 and 28 at Community Life United Methodist Church, 4115 Soundside Drive, Gulf Breeze.
Workshop 2 will meet 6-8:30 pm. Wednesdays, Aug. 23, 30, Sept. 6, 13 and 20 at the UF-Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Extension Santa Rosa County Office, 6263 Dogwood Drive, Milton.
A free light meal will be served at each class and each registrant will receive a free USB drive. Attendees may also be eligible for gift cards.
