Hancock Bank to anchor Pace retail development

SVN SouthLand, a commercial real estate brokerage firm and part of the SVN brand, in partnership with Granger Development, announced that Hancock Bank will anchor a new retail development at 4612 Highway 90 in Pace.

This development is on the site of the former Regions Bank branch on Highway 90 and East Spencer Field Road. The existing building is undergoing extensive interior and exterior renovations.

Hancock Bank will occupy the majority of this building with 1,386 square feet of the existing space still available for lease. The property has the capacity to add up to 5,400 square feet of additional retail or restaurant space with a drive-through.

Extensive site work, parking lot and landscaping improvements will also take place. The development is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2017.
