MILTON — Dr. Heather Waters and Dr. Sarah Skelly, family practice providers, have joined Santa Rosa Medical Group and the staff at Santa Rosa Medical Center.
Waters received her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri and completed her residency locally at Eglin Air Force Base Family Medicine Residency.
She is board-certified in family practice and enjoys all aspects of patient care — from the diabetic patient to those with musculoskeletal injuries.
Waters joins Santa Rosa Medical Group after a distinguished career in the United States Air Force.
She will begin her new practice on Aug. 2 in Milton in the Avalon Medical Office Building.

Skelly received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania and completed her residency at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey.
She also enjoys all aspects of patient care medicine and will begin her practice on July 17 in the Navarre Medical Office Building.
