MILTON — Santa Rosa Medical Group's patients now can make an appointment online with select medical providers.
Individuals can use a mobile device or a PC to make appointments at www.santarosamedicalgroup.com. This free service also helps patients gain access to appointments that open in a doctor’s calendar due to last-minute cancellations and reschedules.
Santa Rosa Medical Group, affiliated with Santa Rosa Medical Center, will have some appointments available for a same-day or next-day visit to the provider’s office.
“Making it easier to gain access to medical care through our new online appointment scheduling service increases our ability to deliver great value and convenience to our community,” CEO Doug Sills said. "Patients, as savvy healthcare consumers, expect convenience, access to services and information on demand. We want to make it easy for them to choose our affiliated physicians as their healthcare partner — and to make it easy to connect with them anytime they need to see a physician."
Participating providers are available via the online service for most Santa Rosa Medical Group primary care and OB/GYN locations. More providers are expected to be available for online scheduling at a later date.
