DENHAM SPRINGS, La. — Milton gymnastics students Mirra Martin and Emma Touchstone, 7 and 9 years old, respectively, of Flippin’ Out Gymnastics traveled to Denham Springs, La., to compete in the Level Five Women’s Pair, Florida Division of the Louisiana Acrobatics State Championship.

Their efforts proved eventful as the young gymnasts took home their first state title.

“I am so proud of my girls,” Coach Mikaela Windle said. “They worked so hard all season long and it truly paid off. I cannot wait to get back to the gym and start working on material for next season.”
