MILTON— Scratch Ankle, Milton's founder's day festival, was held April 14 downtown on South Willing Street.
The festival hosted over 40 vendors and coincided with the opening night of Bands on the Blackwater, an outdoor concert series that is free to attend.
Scratch Ankle annually celebrates Milton's heritage and its organizers allow non-profit organizations to raise funds by selling food, beverages and other products at their booths.
