1. ENJOY FREE MUSIC.Bands on the Blackwater returns 7 p.m. April 21 on South Willing Street in Milton. The outdoor concert series, held Fridays in downtown Milton, is free to attend. You can pull up a boat or bring a lawn chair and relax while listening to music. Friday's event features the band Not Quite Fab.
2. SOLVE A MYSTERY. The Arc of the Emerald Coast Santa Rosa hosts murder mystery dinner theater 6:15 p.m. April 22 at Nichol’s Seafood, 3966 Avalon Road, Milton. The show, "Murder Without a Clue," was written by Paula Hilton. Tickets cost $35 per person for the show and a meal, and $45 for the show, meal and three tickets for beer or wine. 3. DONATE BLOOD. OneBlood hosts a blood donation event 3-7 p.m. April 21 at MaxFit Sports Nutrition, 5082 Highway 90, Pace. The Tin Cow offers donors a coupon for a pint of beer per blood donation.
4. PRACTICE YOGA. Coldwater Gardens is hosting a yoga retreat from 6 p.m. April 21 until noon April 23 at 7009 Creek Stone Road, Milton to celebrate Earth Day weekend. The retreat will be led by Teri Harnett and Cristina Bowen, yoga instructors from Niceville. There will be healthy, organic food between yoga practices, hikes and meditation sessions. 5. CELEBRATE EARTH DAY. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency hosts an Earth Day 2017 EPA Open House 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 22 at the EPA National Health and Environmental Effects Laboratory Gulf Ecology Division at 1 Sabine Island Drive, Pensacola Beach. Activities include marine aquaria exhibiting local species, a tidal petting zoo, a coral display, environmental research displays, sampling of gear and research vessels.
