MILTON — Guy Thompson Community Center’s upcoming activities are as follows. All are free to participate in unless otherwise stated.
APRIL 3
- 8:30 a.m.: Zumba class; $5.
- 9 a.m.: Cards and games.
- Also: Tai Chi; $5.
- 10 a.m.: Line dancing; $5.
- 1 p.m.: Bridge Club: Four rounds of six hands with partnerships rotating after each round. This is party-style bridge; play will last until approximately 4:30 p.m.
APRIL 4
- 8:30 a.m. to noon: Pickleball.
- 9 a.m.: Yoga with Angela; $5.
- 10 a.m. to noon: Beginner’s Bridge: Learn the basics like keeping score, how to bid and strategies. No partner is necessary.
- 12:30 p.m.: RSVP Bridge: Four rounds of six hands with partnerships rotating after each round. Party-style bridge; play will last until approximately 4:30 p.m.
- 1 p.m.: Senior Movie Matinee — Alfred Hitchcock’s “To Catch a Thief” starring Cary Grant and Grace Kelly.
APRIL 5
- 9 a.m. to noon: Artist gathering.
- Also: Zumba; $5.
- 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Beaders Anonymous.
- 10:30-11 a.m.: Pickleball.
- 6 p.m.: Yoga with Trudy; $5.
APRIL 6
- 8:30 a.m. to noon: Pickleball.
- 1-3 p.m.: Bingo. First card is free; each additional card is $1.
- 6 p.m.: Panhandle Writers Group Meeting.
APRIL 7
- 8:30 a.m. to noon: Pickleball.
- 9 a.m.: Yoga with Angela; 5.
- 10:30 a.m.: Adult Chair Aerobics/Yoga: for people with physical issues such as weight, illness, chronic pain, and limited flexibility or mobility. Class is $5.
- 12 p.m.: Cards and games.
- 5-8 p.m.: Artist gathering.
