EAST MILTON — East Milton Elementary third-graders, among other Santa Rosa County students, now know this: they are Absolutely Incredible.
A number of students received hand-written letters of encouragement and support for Absolutely Incredible Kid Day, a program of Camp Fire, a 107-year-old youth-development nonprofit organization.
Members of Milton Rotary Club and Camp Fire Gulf Wind, which covers Santa Rosa and Escambia counties, wrote the letters, according to East Milton Elementary Principal Terry Paschal.
This was the first time the school received such letters.
Dixon Intermediate, Berryhill Elementary and Pea Ridge Elementary Schools received similar letters, according to a Camp Fire Gulf Wind representative.
