MILTON — The Small Business Development Center at University of West Florida will present “Starting a Business.”
The event is 8-11:30 a.m. Monday, March 20 at the Santa Rosa Economic Development Office, 6491 Caroline St., Suite 4, Milton.
Attendees will learn the essentials for getting started in business, including idea evaluation, legal business structures, regulations and licensing, taxation and finding capital.
The public’s attendance fee is $50, payable in cash or check, at the door. There is no cost for students and employees of UWF who present a Nautilus card. In addition, the Santa Rosa Economic Development Office is sponsoring any resident of Santa Rosa County to attend this workshop at no cost.
