MILTON — The Keep It Local Business Showcase will allow residents to learn more about area professionals and their services, according to Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Donna Tucker.
The Press Gazette and the chamber are co-sponsoring the event, which is set 3-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Moors Clubhouse, 3220 Avalon Blvd., Milton.
Attendees can browse some 43 booths representing the health, food and beverage, tourism, attractions, and personal and business services industries.
“Every vendor gets to do a 30- to 45-minute infomercial,” Tucker said.
This will not be a retail event, just networking, she said. “They’re not going to be signing up people for insurance or anything like that.”
Admission is free. Hors d’oeuvres will be available and dropping a business card or filling out a form at the door qualifies visitors for two free alcoholic drinks and registration for door prizes.
Prizes include $25 gift cards from vendors and a 60-inch television, according to Tucker.
