PACE — Children needing physical, occupational or speech therapy now can visit Sacred Heart’s new pediatric rehabilitation office located at Pace Medical Park, 3754 Highway 90, Suite 210.

Sacred Heart’s pediatric rehabilitation includes physical, occupational, speech, social skills and feeding therapies for children with an injury or developmental condition. The new office at Pace Medical Park features a kid-friendly gym, as well as private treatment rooms and experienced therapists with specialized training in children’s rehabilitation needs.

Therapists work closely with patients’ families to determine priorities and share strategies so that daily activities at home can support lessons learned in therapy.

In addition to the new office in Pace, Sacred Heart offers outpatient pediatric rehabilitation services in Pensacola, Destin, Apalachicola, Port St. Joe and Panama City Beach.

This summer, Sacred Heart will open its new Gulf Breeze Pediatric Care Center, an 8,000-square-foot facility under construction at the corner of Gulf Breeze Parkway and Daniel Street. The center will include outpatient pediatric rehabilitation, as well as pediatrician offices, diagnostic services and Autism Center services.

Sacred Heart Pediatric Rehabilitation is accepting new patients, infants through age 18. A referral from a child’s pediatrician or primary care physician is required. Fax referrals to 416-5223.
