GULF BREEZE — Gulf Islands National Seashore’s February ranger programs are as follows.
Advanced Redoubt: Legacy in Brick & Mortar: 12:30 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays. Meet at the entrance to Advanced Redoubt. This 30-minute program involves walking on uneven surfaces, sandy walkways and steps.
Fort Barrancas: Guardian of the Gulf: 2 p.m.Fridays through Wednesdays. Meet at the Fort Barrancas Visitor Center. This 30-minute program involves walking on uneven surfaces, sandy walkways and steps.
Fort Pickens: Garrison for Freedom: 2 p.m. weekdays and 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. weekends. Meet at Fort Pickens’ entrance. This 30-minute program involves walking on uneven surfaces, sandy walkways and steps.
Beach Walk: Life on a Barrier Island: 12:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Meet at the Fort Pickens Museum. This 30-minute program involves fun for families; an adult must accompany children.
Creature Feature: 3:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Meet at the Fort Pickens Museum. This 30-minute talk involves fun for families; an adult must accompany children.
All programs are free and subject to change without notification. An entrance fee to Fort Pickens and Fort Barrancas applies. Park offices will be closed Feb. 20.
