MILTON — The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for Joseph Emanuel Harbison.
He is a five-foot-nine-inch tall, 217 lbs man last seen wearing a green shirt, blue jeans, and military-style boots with glasses and a beard.
He was driving a 1999 beige Chevy SUV with a Florida disabled veteran tag DV1609B
Harbison has a medical condition which requires medication, according to the Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office. He may be traveling in his vehicle, possibly to South Florida, authorities say. Somebody last saw him at 6 p.m. Jan. 18 in the Deaton Bridge area of Santa Rosa County.
A Silver Alert is in effect.
