GULF BREEZE — Lenny Siers, independent owner and operator of One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, has acquired an operation specializing in residential A/C and plumbing services. The business was formerly known as ARS/Rescue Rooter of Gulf Breeze.
This acquisition expands Siers’ operations, employee count and the number of fleet vehicles. Siers has added 45 ARS employees to his payroll, bringing the total employee count to more than 100. The 41 ARS trucks will be rebranded with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing branding, taking their service fleet to over 90 vehicles across Northwest Florida.
In addition, the company has introduced new products and services like Aeroseal duct sealing and home maintenance protection plans.
Siers has been in the home services industry for more than two decades. His territory now spans northwest Florida from Pensacola to Panama City.
