PACE — The Pace Lady Patriots Basketball team and the Lady Patriot Basketball Boosters will pay tribute to women with breast cancer as they face Central High School’s Jaguars.

The games are scheduled for Dec. 1; the junior varsity team plays at 5:30 p.m. and varsity plays 7 p.m. at Pace High School.

The Pace team will wear pink uniforms, sponsored by Pace Plumbing.

In addition, “We ask that fans wear pink to support breast cancer awareness,” an event spokesperson said. Commemorative T-shirts will be sold at concessions; proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society. Contribution canisters also will be available for donations.
