MILTON — Milton Rotary President Sharon Williams gave Dan Brown of the National Park Service the Milton Rotary pen.

Brown spoke to the club about the upcoming ferry service for Fort Pickens and Pensacola Beach. The service is slated to begin in May of 2017 and will feature two boats that can hold up to 150 passengers at a time traveling between downtown Pensacola, Fort Pickens and Pensacola Beach.

Each leg will take 35-45 minutes to travel and there will be solar-powered trams at Fort Pickens to help transport passengers around the area.
