Gulf Breeze Will Do announces fall grant finalists

GULF BREEZE — Gulf Breeze Will Do, a charitable organization of women who support Gulf Breeze/Pensacola Beach area causes, announced finalists for the fall grant cycle.

Finalists in two groups will give presentations to the GBWD membership on Sunday, Nov. 6, at Our Lady of the Assumption church on Pensacola Beach, and members will vote and award the grants that day.

One grant will be awarded from these finalists:

•Gulf Breeze Elementary School: Hear Me, Hear Me! $2,516

•Woodlawn Beach Middle School: Literacy Lounge, $2,325.31

•Woodlawn Beach Middle School: STEAM Microscopes, $3,327.12

Three grants will be awarded from these finalists:

•Animal Allies Florida: FixCats Gulf Breeze, $9,980.00

•City of Gulf Breeze Police Department: Automatic External Defibrillators, $9,144.00

•Gulf Breeze High School Academy of Multimedia Design & Technology: How can I TEST my new App for THAT? $6,750

•Gulf Breeze High School Band Boosters: Drumline Equipment Purchases, $9,999

•Hope That Heals Respite, $7,179.61

•Interfaith Ministries/Good Samaritan Clinic: Clean Hands for Good Samaritans $9,689
