Peanut butter needed for Santa Rosa families

MILTON — The University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Santa Rosa County Extension is collecting peanut butter for food pantries to help families in need.

The Florida Peanut Producers Association will match the total amount of donated peanut butter with up to one pallet of peanut butter.

Unopened jars of peanut butter may be dropped off at any of these sites through Nov. 23:

  • Santa Rosa County Extension Office, 6263 Dogwood Drive in Milton
  • Jay Extension Office, 5259 Booker Lane, Jay
  • South Santa Rosa Service Center, 5819 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze
  • City of Milton, 6738 Dixon St., Milton
  • Santa Rosa County, 6495 Caroline St., Milton
  • All Santa Rosa County libraries
  • Lowes in Gulf Breeze and Pace
  • United Bank branches in Milton and Pace
